Kikoi

Kikoi is rectangular pieces of woven cotton in the form of a “sarong”. They are a very important part of Swahili culture. Women use Kikoi as headwear, to tie the baby on the bback and as towels.

Because of the Kikois soft, light quality, it ansorbs water very fast and dries quckly. It is therefre the perfect beach towel.

All our Kikoi is hand woven and colored by MOTO, Zanzibar and made from 100% Tanzanian cotton. Read more about MOTO HERE.
